Excellent recipe, never thought of grinding the oats. I tried it and it is superb. I usually just added oats. I never used flour, just oats. Thank you for the suggestion of grinding the oats. Very tasty. Great for weight loss too. Helpful for bowels.

Hi Tracy, Greetings from Morocco. That looks incredibly good! I cook oatmeal all the time, however I have never added bulgar wheat to it. I have just added bulgar to my shopping list and will try it and let you know how it turns out.
