These Tactical Jeans are better for tropical weather, because they are single-layer jeans. The SP120 Lites still have a separate Covec liner, which feels hotter. -DrewZilla

What length is he wearing? I'm 5'9 180lbs and with normal jeans I wear 36/32 and these jeans I ordered (and returned) was 36/32 and was waaayyyy to long. Do these typically run longer?

These are for those people who want single-layer jeans that still provides decent protection. They aren't as protective as the SP120 or SR6, but they're less bulky and much more breathable. -DrewZilla

the slim fit doesnt look very slim at all. it actually looks baggier than the straight fit! can you recommend which bull-it jean has the slimmest fit? (i got skinny legs!). the older bull-it sr6 slim jean looks way slimmer than these.

The Slims are about 1 inch smaller in the hip, thigh, and knee, so it's not a huge difference. These Slims are the slimmest they offer. For skinny jeans, you might consider the following.
