up here where i live ( northwest Indiana ) the local farmers say the reason they prefer a steer over a bull is twofold the steer will generally be bigger and usually a lot easier to manage great video look forward to watching each week

True on both counts! Ferdinand was a pain in the rear! Both for us humans and for every other bovine he associated with!!!😂😂😂😂

El nombre de mi papi era Ferdinand. My father was from Puerto Rico but in Spain they eat bull and I hear it is delicious and absorbs a lot of flavor.

Good morning Brother. Hard to beat the flavor of a good steer. Glad your bull is tender as well. I bbq'd steak from our steer lastnight for supper. Delicious! Trapper and Ava couldn't get enough, lol. 93 Fahrenheit here yesterday, and it's going to be another hot one today. You folks have a good day.

Yes yall are getting it rough! My sister in Alberta said it was over 100° there and it is hurting the crops!

Heck yeah I enjoyed seeing the difference between the two ! To be honest I thought the bull would have a stronger flavor . Thanks for sharing and have a great day !

Yeppers... The bull meat will taste different.. Only because, of Intermuscular fat.. Both for sure great. Thanks for proving this. I knew when you opened up the steaks what was going to be. Both steaks just one has more fat in the inside. Here's a tip from an old dude. The next time you cook steak. Ribeye cooked on cast iron are the bomb... Seasoning with Camp Dog. And don't shoot me... Coffee.. You can use instant. Or you can use ground coffee. With a coating of both. Camp dog and coffee. Get it on that cast iron skillet. Any type of fat in the cast iron will be great. It will see her on both sides and your steaks will be done. In less than 10 minutes. Perfectly medium rare, in the inside. Yeah and cook on high. Is there any other way to cook.. lol.. Great video.
