The dial gauge only measures the distance from a lean angle, as the spark plug is connected in a lean position. So actual distance should be measured at 0° angle with respect to the axis of movement of the piston.

അങ്ങനെ വരരുത്. ഒരു wire ground മറ്റേ wire connection വരുന്ന wire ൽ. അപ്പോൾ contact ആവുമ്പോൾ light off ആകും. ആകണം. ഇത് സംഭവിച്ചില്ലേൽ wire മാറ്റിയിട്ടു Ammetre നോക്കു.. അത് left ലേക്ക് deflect ചെയ്യുന്നോ എന്ന് നോക്കണം... ഈ പറയുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ deflect ചെയ്യില്ല.

Njan recently aanu oru 90 model Bullet vangiyadu.. vandi vangittu clutch plates and other parts okke service cheydirunnu(4 plate clutch).. last week aadyamayi vandi eduth hill station poyirunnu.. but kayattam kerunnilla single aayittu polum.. koodudal throttle kodukkumbo missing varunnu.. any idea what could be the potential reason?

This is not the clutch problem. If the engine is raising and the speed is not catch up with it it will be better he clutch problem. 1. Your vehicle should be properly tuned... 2. Then, check for the valve seating... 3. Ignition timing

You can ask for carb repair kit for vm24 carbs.. i think it has everything except the jets and needles. But, its in very short supply now... i think they stopped making spares for the old cast irons since last dec

@@RKR1978 Hi Chetta, the timing advance mechanism with the weights and everything..that entire unit is slipping off from the taper inside.. i tried tightening the screw but is still slipping.. the timing becomes so off that it even fires at bdc and i have to manually adjust everytime. The fuel will not burn properly. There should be some time required to burn the fuel. So all vehicles are running with the ignition / fuel injection advance system. The advancement increases with speed of the engine

No dear. You can easily find it. Just put the spark plug in.... and just press the kick lever down... Then you can find the 'compression' stroke. Then you may remove the spark plug and do the further steps. 👍

@@RKR1978 85 മോഡൽ ആണ് എന്റേത്. കാർബൊറേറ്റർ എക്സ്ട്രാ എയർ പൈപ്പ് ഒന്നുമില്ല. 1.5 ടേൺ എടുത്താൽ accelaration കൂടുതൽ ആകുന്നു. Means accelaration ayit പഴയ rpm ആകാൻ ടൈം എടുക്കുന്നു. Half or 1 turn ok.

അയ്യോ... ഞാൻ ആ plastic ഉപയോഗിച്ചത് അതിനല്ല.... അകലുന്ന പോയിന്റ് കണ്ടുപിടിക്കാൻ ആണ്. Point gap എന്നാൽ അതല്ല ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്. മൊത്തം അകലുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള വെത്യാസം ആണ് 0.4mm
