If gap is more there is a possibility of misfire and more carbon deposit at the contact. If too low my produce spark at wrong instant.

During rains or high humidity days, my 71 Bullet will not start. When I put a rubber cap (Ambassador fuel cap cover) over the black plastic cover then this problem has reduced to some extent. Is there some other way ?

On my bullets point there is a leakage of some oils and little grease, want to replace the washer inside it is any type of setting while replacing that washer? Nice video. Could you make a video on how to start bullet during wiring problem. Once my bullet wiring failed due to short circuit, and an electrician saved my day by connecting points ignition wire directly to the battery, temporarily. After then, I changed the wiring kit with a thick gauge wire.
