During rains or high humidity days, my 71 Bullet will not start. When I put a rubber cap (Ambassador fuel cap cover) over the black plastic cover then this problem has reduced to some extent. Is there some other way ?

Cover the joint with insulation tape and place the rubber cap

On my bullets point there is a leakage of some oils and little grease, want to replace the washer inside it is any type of setting while replacing that washer? I want be touching any point setting because right now it's perfectly working, if any then, you didn't mention in this video, please guide me sir, your video are really very helpful for us, do continue video graphy.

If gap is more there is a possibility of misfire and more carbon deposit at the contact. If too low my produce spark at wrong instant.

Hello sir, I have missing problem in my bullet. Checked wiring and changed carburetor. Missing while slowing down and idling. No problem while riding at 40kmph steady speed.

Nice video. Could you make a video on how to start bullet during wiring problem. Once my bullet wiring failed due to short circuit, and an electrician saved my day by connecting points ignition wire directly to the battery, temporarily. After then, I changed the wiring kit with a thick gauge wire.

My delco plate one screw is donot tight and other screw can tight well...by this reason missing regularly..how can we fix this ..can we re thread screw socket? What is the price of full assembly?

The full assembly costs 3000 Rs. You can buy the outer cover for 400 Rs, or you can insert a small metal plate and use a screw.
