Yup I still play year one and have gotten ambushed by ferals every single day in fact just yesterday I was looting a house and I got the that was loud notification (I’m on breakdown lvl 9 as well) then I thought heard what sounded like 3 ferals howling simultaneously but I thought my ears and my mind were playing tricks on me b/c it was around 2 am in real time but my suspicions were true. 2 of them leaped into the room I was in through the window behind me and the 3rd one came in from behind me and pinned me then all 3 ferals started hitting me and I somehow managed to kill all 3 of them and I was at -60 max vitality so I did the age old trick of switching my character to warp my nearly dead Mickey Wilkerson back home lmao.

Sod2 has better graphics and animations but sod1 had a better atmosphere, was more scary, and i liked how the color palette was more dark and gritty like if their wasn't any hope for humanity

Maya Torres was my go-to favorite. I miss that ability. In SoD2, I feel like the pentazemin should provide that exact ability given the increase cost to fatigue with the use, rarity, and cost of the stuff!

Honestly Bullet Time is the most OP ability in SOD. I've been picking up gun specialists and taking Bullet Time as my Special Technique and just destroying Ferals, Jugs, Hordes... so good.

Any enemy with an insta-kill attack is automatically terrifying. You also could hardly run them over.

Bro state of decay 3 gonna be amazing. I have a very good feeling. Especially cuz it will be a new engine and they can technologically do much more then the previous. One thing I wish for is that we know that weather is gonna be a thing. So imagine using that to your advantage to take out hostile enclaves or something. Like heavy rain canceling out pistol gunshots and footsteps or something. And then snow making you cold to where your stats are affected or something, where u have to change clothes based on that.

Imagine you can secure Areas then... For Example completely resettle Marshal for this Woodbury-Vibe. Also Kids and generally having Family Ties would add so much more Depth as you would think more about whom you send out to do the dirty Work. The Guy with Wife and two Kids? Or the Bachelor?
