@@ordinaryclass8508 Bhai China created bullet train in regions where population was very low. We need HSR between our major cities. Delhi-Ahmedabad, Delhi Howrah, Mumbai-Pune-Hyderabad, Bangalore -Chennai these are very important routes and will be profitable in all likelihood.

I believe that they will wait for this bullet train to start before initialising construction of other corridors. That's the govt approach for a while Example Various metros in india Vande Bharat trains Etc.

E5系新幹線のインド版を製造する際に、日本の部品を使う場合とドイツの部品を使う場合の二通りを用意し、日本が外交上の問題がある時は、ドイツの部品を使って、インドからロシアなどの他国に供給できるようにすれば、中国に対抗できる体制を構築できると共に、新幹線規格が標準化すれば、日印にとっても、建設や製造、メンテナンスの業務を獲得しやすくなるので、継続的な仕事の確保もしやすくなると思います。

The word on the street is that Japan WILL NOT BE PROVIDING THE E5 train due to price disagreement with India and India will be making its own version that can only run till 280kmph and not the 320-350 kmph that was planned earlier with E5. Is this true ? Can you confirm ?

Government must now start plan of extending bullet to Delhi from Ahmedabad. Delhi - Kolkata, Mumbai - Hyderabad, Mumbai - Bangalore - Chennai, Mumbai - Nagpur - Kolkata. Though huge project, but it will generate huge employments. Only thing that ticket price must be equivalent to 1AC tier of Train or plane ticket price like low price airlines have.

Govt should start the land acquisition of Ahmedabad-Delhi-Kolkata line and start the ground work then it'll open on 2031 otherwise not.

The bullet train is best suited for short distances unless there are several major cities along the route. Very expensive to build for long distance and become less comparative than air routes. The Ahmedabad to Mumbai route includes three of the top ten cities, five of the top twenty, and ten of the top fifty largest cities in India. Additionally, the route runs mostly parallel to the coast, meaning flat terrain, with only a few mountainous areas. Chennai to kolkata or other flat terrain with much dense population may be viable for bullet train in other places in India

Imagine that you have short amount of time and you have something urgent to do in Ahmedabad or likewise to Maharashtra, you check that train will take 5 hr 60 minutes almost 6 hr vost bare minim and flight 2.hr cost will be more then comes bullet train it may cost bit higher then normal train but hey it's saving your time and you can reach your destination at short spam of time right !! I am just eagerly waiting fro this 😊😊

MH has just about 130kms of tracks. Once gujarat stretch of 400+ kms are finished, contruction will pick up speed in MH. Don't forget the mumbai region will have undersea tunnels and normal mountain tunnels. Tunneling is not easy work.

I've heard some news that the negotiation for acquiring rolling stock from Japanese train manufacturers is not going as planned because of the high cost of rolling stack. Any idea? also the resent move by railway to acquire/manufacture trains capable of 250kmph. Whats your take on that. Please. I don't want a situation where we build a world class tracks and run sub-standered trains on them.

DW. The Japanese shinkasnsen E Series will run on MAHSR. The 250 KMPH one you're talking about is being manufactured and designed by ICF Chennai and is for other projects.

Heard that price negotiation for E5 train sets have failed and will be replaced with modified version of vande Bharat with maximum speed of 250kmph. Should order atleast one or two E5 trains to learn the technology, otherwise it will be like driving maruti in expressway.

That's great work, but we dream too small. Imagine of china puts out progress video of 40,000 km of bullet train that they built in just 10 years. And the next 40,000 km that they plan to build on next 10 years.

The total length of the Chinese HSR network is 45000 km. They started their HSR first line construction in 2004. So it took them 20 years for them to build their current network not 10 years 🤓🥸 People want everything High tech but they will start whining when they see the ticket price. Most of the people couldn't even buy vande Bharat train tickets but they expect bullet trains all over india. We are currently a lower middle income country. First we need to improve our per capita income then dream of bullet train 🚅. The government should proceed with its current speed. I think till 2047 we will have a vast HSR network across all over the country.

@@Amoghavarsha. Infrastructure planning and construction should be done 10-15 years before it's demand is manifested in full form. By the time we wake up, the demand is too high. Classic examples is our metro cities. 15-20 years ago, lot of work was needed to be done along with planning, for the demand rise in 50 years. Nothing was done, only incremental updates, this blew up pretty bad in everyone's faces. Our metro cities have become living hell. Unplanned growth and crumbling infrastructure. And now the land prices are too high for government to acquire land and develop.

In India every project is Very slow in progress.. bullet train was announced in 2014 , the foundation was laid in 2017,work started in 2020, now in 2024 hardly 25% work is done in GJ .. looks like more than 10yrs is required to complete this project ..2034 I feel ..almost 20 yrs ..god save our country..

MAHSR is going to run Shinkansen series Japanese bullet trains. Not Italian.

Development only in bjp states. Because other states don't have bjp. They do not develop everywhere and there are so many mega projects pending in non bjp states in India. But they develop this bullet train project even though there is biggest airport and railway stations in that way.

But they are not using Japanese Shinkansen train sets. They are using Indian made rakes whose prototype is yet to be tested 😢. Only tender has been floated. We won't be travelling in the Shinkansen after all

It's going to be biggest white elephant project for our country. Flight between amhmedabad and mumbai is 2-3k rupees and takes 2 hrs. boarding and extra time 1hrs- 1.5hr total 4 hrs, the train travel will take 2-3 hrs for 500 kms and cost about 5k at the very least. It doesn't make sense for this route. Delhi Mumbai at below 6k price in 5 hrs by rail is the route that will financially make sense. Ofc this line will extend till delhi but yeah the current line will be economic loss. I love bullet trains and wish them to come to india. But this route is only to please gujrat.

Nothing seems change in project from July to september accept steel bridge . NHSRCL IS fooling us its not doing any work its only sitting idle 😢 NHSRCL SHOULD COMPLETE PROJECT till November 2025 that sit need to boost the work I dont know can NHSRCL complete the work till attlest I am alive

It's amazing how china completed the Indonesian high speed rail project much before time whereas in India, because of bureaucratic delays and inefficiencies, the project is in tatters, project completion deadline has surpassed and looking at the current situation, it seems like it will take another 4-5 years to complete. We will not be able to achieve the desired goals and compete with china with such mentality ?
