The Surat to Bilimora section is scheduled to open first in 2026, and the E5 series will likely be tested at that time. Additional garages and repair shops have been constructed for this purpose, which will cost money. They will deal with this by changing the filters that remove dust more frequently.

2026 for 50 km only and by 2027 or 2028 whole section of 508 km will be operational

As @AshutoshMishra-v3i says, it's only 50km, but this section will allow them to verify improvements to the E5 series to suit India's climate, familiarize themselves with the operation system, practice maintenance, and gain experience in maintaining and inspecting the tracks and overhead lines. High-speed railways are not easy.

It certainly seems like it would be easy to build if we increased the machinery and labor force. But they also need to practice and provide technical cooperation to the Indians. Indians also need to build India's first shield tunnel in Mumbai. Japan will provide the technology and the Indians will build it, but if they cut corners here it will quickly fall apart, so the Indians study hard and understand why it needs to be built so carefully, which is why it takes time to build.
