My 1961 Lincoln Continental had a Carter 4 Barrel carburetor. This one looks like a two-barrel.

If you do some googling you'll see that Lincoln didn't put a 4 barrel on the 430 until 1963. I have a 62 but would love to have the 61. The 2 barrel is ok but a 4 barrel is better.

@@glendimond460 all I can tell you is that the last time I rebuilt the Carter 4bbl, Mt St Helens had erupted that week and we had deep blue skies and perfect temperatures. And yes, it was a 4bbl carb. So at least my '61 had it. Whether the former owner ordered it special, I don't know.

I WOULDN'T BUY A USED LUXURY CAR FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS THE WRONG STYLE WHITEWALLS. ALL BRANDS USED NARROW STRIPE TIRE IN 1962.
