I have memorized the parry ad and I speak it outloud with them. It feels good, it sounds good and its one of the best adds in bjj hands down. The add is made for bjj athletes and that speaks to us, it suits us

I've found a way to utilize large wall balls. The one I have is only 10lbs, but with a 40" circumference. Just wrap legs around it an hook ankles together like someone in your guard, and move around. Has helped me with things like the hip bump movement. Also do pull-ups with it like that and bring knees up to chest each rep. The school I trained white to blue taught that "grips are false". Didn't mean they weren't useful or necessary, but rather that if you are using death grips all the time, your technique probably has room for improvement. Emphasized hand-wrist-forearm position, connection, angle, framing etc. grips are to support and assist those. Love these conversations.

Hey, what if I feel especially weak in certain movements (ex. terrible grip endurance or weak abs/hip flexors for pulling my knees to my chest)?

What about if we didn't start bjj yet but want to be strong and functional for the sport?(let's say for a year of training)

Hop on their program, even without the BJJ training, their workout programs can get you primed and ready to go
