Yep, worked like a charm. I’m 40 and just started BJJ. Been a hockey player all my life and constantly deal with tight hip flexors and glutes. BJJ took the tightness to another level. Thanks for the great videos!

Thank you bro! It really depends on what you're experiencing and how much training you're doing. I would start with a daily dose and as things improve look to decrease to 2-3 times per week. Your strength and mobility training should also be contributing to this issue disappearing, so make sure you are doing the work in the gym too.
