We have been working on guard passing in class and this was one of the drills that we worked on as a warm-up.
The Bull Fighter pass is a common and useful pass that can be coupled with a step over to get to side control.
In this video, I show the basic version you can do with a training partner and how you can work on the drill by yourself to work on conditioning and footwork using an exercise ball.
