We see some of our busiest times of buying when the price starts running up! There always seems to be people looking at both sides of the equation whenever there's movements. Obviously we haven't seen prices like that before, so we'll have to wait and see, but we're pretty confident there will still be buyers!

We asked our community on one of our livestreams if they wanted us to open without it, or if they would rather wait until everything had arrived, and the results were surprisingly overwhelmingly to wait. That won't pay the rent, wages plus owner return. Must be 5% above spot? Yes. That would work! Now we are at 4,680,000 P/A OR 90,000 a week. Yes! That's doable.
