That vintage light is beautiful, is it leather at the base for strain relief on the cord? Great video and build!

Strain relief on the cord is done with just a knot in the cord. No Leather is used.

Hi, you're really good at this! Where did you get the custom router cutter? I've been looking for something similar myself. It's a pin guided router cutter right?

Thanks. The router bit I use is custom made for me by a local tool manufacturer. I have not seen them as a standard bit anywhere jet. Yes it is a 6 mm smooth pin on top instead of a ball bearing.
