Bully Anniversary Edition: Minor Bug Fix

This fixes the double nelson's grunt sfx playing several times, even when you are set free. I fixed this problem for scholarship edition on the pc as well.

I put a new link in the description that actually does fix the issue. The issue with the first link that was in the description before, was when you turn the music on in the settings, random sound effects play in the background. Silly me :(

Tbh, I wish that there was a fix for the repeating dialogue on the pc version. If that actually got fixed, the pc version would be less irritating.
