Excellent analysis. I was totally unaware of some of these leftovers. I think the mill would've been a really cool area to explore, especially considering that McInnis (One of the Blue Skies workers) believes it to be haunted. Having an easter egg to tie into that would've been perfect, even if it was just spooky audio playing at a certain time of night or something.

Thing is Nathan, Bully has got the smallest map compared to Grand Theft Auto and other R* open world games. But for some reason it feels like its actually the biggest

The only point I wanted to make is that the Edgar fight isn't in the power plant, it's in the Chem-O Chemical Plant. It just had a power substation near the entrance of the industrial lot.
