Never really worked out before, was always the unfit "skinny" nerd. Trying to get my life into order and im so thankful I found this. Not much out there to concretely help beginners like me. There are many "do this workout daily" sort of thing. But there's no real "do this month routine and have this diet and your channel is super helpful for me, gonna do my best. nolimitz71 never worked out before. But did the first 3 days and had to take a 2 day break because I couldn’t contract it extent my arms without a really bad pain. But I’m back at it, just finished day 4. I’ve lost a lot of weight and only “4 days” in. It’s a lot for a very beginner like me, but I’ve gained muscle (ever so slightly) so it works if you work at it. I’m keeping this up and giving a thumbs up to him when he thumbs up at the same time.

You should evenly balance the weight on your foot. Here it doesn't make much difference. But when you are doing heavy lifts in the gym putting pressure on your heels will throw off your balance and make your hips shoot up early which is not optimal :)

Day 12 done right ✌✌✌ Anyone who is like me ( never been to the gym and been trying to change body through home workouts ) this 45 day challange is best I am right now doing it the best part is( I get bored quickly and start thinking that the workouts won't work so I just stop doing them after a week or so ) but this one every day I am excited to do better then yesterday with a completely new workout. Also if anyone is thinking that will it work I can assure you , I am on day 12 and I have never been happier with the gains although I am not muscular enough right now but I can clearly see the diffrence so give it a shot .

Bully can you do a level 2 for legs. I used to play football (soccer) so find this one quite comfortable to do. Need another test. Thanks

Same. Trying to get my ACL completely recovered before I go back to soccer so this would be wicked helpful if you did a level 2.

If you want it to be a little more difficult try putting a band around thighs and ankles whenever it’s too easy

I love this guys workouts, because they're quick, they're doable, he does it on time and not reps as long as your pushing you're still getting better... plus its not him giving some crazy stupid intro about how he came up with the workout, its a short hype up music intro and then right into it

I've done the 30 day one I'm on day 20 of the 45 day challenge. I gotta say. I had a weak body overall. These challenges helped me gain muscle and strength. I look way better than I used to. I can see my abs for the first time and I gotta say there is still more work to do. However consistency is key. If you miss a day its ok as long as you get back on it the following day. Usually if I had a busy day I just do one of his 5 minute bedtime workouts or 10 min full body ones. It helps take the guilt off.
