Nice demo, sir! I've ordered two HBs. One was a gift to a friend and the other was their 50 P that I modded for fun and just sold to a friend for a couple hunny. Relatively excellent necks for a budget bass, which is practically all that matters at these prices. Fun modders! Anyway, subscribed.

I have two Harley Benton basses. A 50s style P bass, and a 70s style J bass. They are really good basses - not just ‘good for the price’. My level of competence doesn’t warrant anything more expensive anyway. I’ve been seriously considering getting the 4 string version of this bass.

I've had no problem with Thomann with my purchases. Got two basses, a Les Paul copy, a 335 copy a Telecaster copy and when I can play them well enough I'm going to copy you 🤣 and have my own show. I noticed there shipping price has gone up to ship to the US. It used to be $36 dollars and you could get up to 3 guitars for the same price of $36 bucks shipped. I don't know if it is because of the pandemic or what. Also they used DHL and everything went to customs in Chicago and stayed there a week. Now I see that they are using UPS and I got my basses in about 7 or 8 days. I guess UPS is certified to inspect packages because it never went through customs in Chicago based on tracking info. Now, I wanted to buy that bass but was afraid because I wanted it to come close as possible to the Music man sound. I also saw other reviews on how close the neck pup was to the end of the fretboard. How does it sound in person or are you going to have to give Aguilar a call? Their machine heads aren't the best but for the price, the bodies and necks seems solid. Okay, so enough of my rambling. What's the next Harley Benton Bass will I see next?

Lol. Shirt was 5 bucks.. so I got it. I'm not paid by the company i bought the bass with my own money... im sure Harley Benton doesn't even know I exist... but I get it. The sound of the bass speaks for its self... the only drawback to this one is the neck pickup is really close to the fretboard... not a deal breaker just annoying if you are used to a different pickup set up.

@Bass Player Were All The Basses You Ordered "In Stock", My Friend? 🤔 I Ordered 2 Harley Benton Strat Style Guitars & A Cort Artisan B5 Bass From Thomann, All Of Which Arrived In Pristine Condition & As Scheduled Via The Delivery Company. I've Had Nothing But GOOD Experiences With Thomann Music.
@Bass.Player4 жыл бұрын
@@keithmcduffie7182 Yes they were in stock. You will never know the customer service issues until you have a problem. These people lied to me repeatedly about my basses being stuck in customs until I got the notice that one of them arrived at customs, then they were just became rude and I have all the chat transcripts. I had three separate shipments from 12/19 until 03/20. They have now eliminated DHL and USPS from their shipping options (finally) because most of the problems started there. Dealing with them was a nightmare. I have made purchases from Gear4you including a return with no issues what so ever. BTW: Thomann would not allow me to make another purchase until the missing Bass was solved, as of the end of August the issue was not resolved even though the bass was returned to them, I refused delivery when it finally arrived because I had not idea where this bass had been for several months. It may have been sitting in a 140 degree container for the entire time. My feeling toward Thomann is not about the basses getting lost it's about how I was treated when that happened... A really bad business model...
