I use Hoppes to clean and other stuff :) About 100 rounds or less for handguns and long rifles, shotguns too for cleaning. I keep a log in MS ACCESS DB for my toys and how I use them :)

My competition guns get cleaned meticulously with a variety of things, but always Remoil down the barrel at the end.

Howdy from western Colorado! I use pharmaceutical mineral oil from my local drug store for lube and rust protection. Dawn, warm water and ammonia for cleaning. I'm not above using RemOil if I have it. If I'm shooting corrosive ammo I'll clean every day. Non-corrosive, whenever I get around-to-it.

I use the the standard Hoppes cleaning kits that I got from you guys. I take my guns down and oil them when we shoot but I don’t bore clean every time. Accept the.22s they are fun but dirty. Becky, great video, awesome presentation, your hair looks good. Wear the shop shirts- be a team player 😅. Great stuff guys!

I have used CLP, Clenzoil, Remoil, and Hoppes to clean, but I found that using Kroil Oil really cleans out a barrel and all metal parts on a gun. I clean my guns after every trip to the range and if I have them put up I try to give the a quick clean every couple of months. Some very nice guns, especially that Henry 357, was it case hardened or blued?

WD40 to break up gunk, Remoil to libricate. Wipe down after every use.

I make my own bore cleaner . Google " Ed's Red " recipe. You can make a ton on the cheap.
