I find the behind-the-scenes- look at things fascinating and actually enjoy watching these kinds of vlogs. Or when you are setting up something new and I'm like "How is she so good at figuring these things out!" I'm always super impressed. You always seem to have so much energy and it makes me want to be more productive when I watch your vlogs. Also, it shows how much genuine effort and time you put into things. You really care about the products that you put out and your customers. Last year I was in Las Vegas and started talking to a guy next to me at a casino and we did the typical where are you from? He said, "Saskatchewan" and looked ready to start explaining. But right away I was like "oh Canada!" "Are you a fan of the Roughriders then?" He was like are you from Canada!? You know who the Roughriders are!? And I was like no but I watch a youtuber that loves the Roughriders. :) That youtuber of course, was you. :)

I sell through Shopify and you can add a custom shipping carrier - just select “Other” from the drop down menu and type in the name of the carrier. I ship from Thailand so have to add Thai Post to my shipping notification to customers, and the tracking URL so they can track shipping. It’s still a lot of work though! 😅

When I order from a non European country with tracking the tracking usually ends at the border. The item goes into customs and is handed over to DHL and DHL tracking seems to be incompatible to the tracking system of the foreign delivery service. So I usually know that the package has been send and went to hub at ports but what happens after that is a mystery. So I doubt that the tracking is very helpful anyway with international deliveries.

For international packages, once it is cross border, usually you can track it with your country's postal service. For example, when I buy stuff from china, tracking start with china post then once it is over the border, I'm able to track it with Canada post (since I live in canada)

I think it seems like she's stretching herself out because this is all new. Once she has a system down, it'll get easier, right now everything is trial and error. And she says she doesn't want an assistant. It's not about control, but there is A LOT of legal stuff behind having an employee that I doubt she wants to deal with. Plus, she's stated she doesn't have the income to hire someone.
