Clara is not a business woman, she is an advocate and has always spoken her mind. Advocates will always fight for what is right and for the little people. On a side note, money should never be handled by the same person who is doing everything else. You need an actual finance manager or bookkeeper. It is very easy for funds to disappear this way. Someone else needs to be handling the money. Someone educated in finance, not someone who doesn't have the education needed to do so on a large scale.

First of all if Jennifer already had a deal with Salazar then why ask Adrian to make a call again? Both were in the wrong Clara and Jennifer. As a business person you should never conduct yourself like Clara did no matter what and Jennifer should never have allowed someone to speak for her she should delegate what she wants not depend on someone to make the calls for her. And if that person makes bad calls then you fire them. You should be able to trust your team. You both need to do better.

Business problem! The minute you put the responsibility of paying JP in the hands of Miss Clara....She became Salazar Productions. You keep on saying "She has her own voice" BS ! She is now speaking for you, which means it's your responsibility, and it's your MESS! She is under YOU. It would be best if you watched who speaks in behalf of your company, because it all falls on you. Who gives a crap about Clara? JP did the right thing in saying ..."We will talk to Frank. The deal wasn't made with Clara...just like the Deal wasn't made with Adrian. It's simple. Where is the contract and signature. You should apologize for what Clara did because, at the time, she was representing you as leverage with a check in her hand, talking BS to someone she had NO BUSINESS discussing anything with, Regardless of the situation. Who gives a crap of how she bailed you out of stuff and gave you a voice its YOUR COMPANY. Frank, you're a Big Boy that doesn't need anyone speaking for you. You need to be careful of who you allow to represent you in any way or fashion. Both sides have a point..But make no mistake this was a deal between Jennifer Pena and Frank Salazar. Jennifer started the deal, she should have ended it with Frank. just like Frank should have spoken to JP. They allowed other "Metiches" who aren't on the payroll to talk shit and murk the waters of Integrity for Tejano music. Best wishes to both of you, but you need to be careful of who you send to the frontlines in behalf of your company.

Anything that has to do outside her job scope is none of her business. Idc how she felt it had nothing to do with her. She interjected herself where she didn’t belong. Especially when she said “I’m putting this shit all over Facebook” it was premeditated as she was already fired up from the conversation she previously heard between Salazar and would be manager;which was none of her business. If he had a contract for $5,000 in front of him during the interview, why did he not show the particulars to the camera ??? Signatures, price, date, any other stipulations. And…. if $2,000 was added to the deal, another contract should’ve been drawn up for that. Are you telling me that a man of 30 year’s experience or more in producing events of this magnitude is just gonna do a verbal contract??? Which apparently has happened here. JP’s statement at the outset states that “no contract” was drawn up. Yet Frank shows up to an interview with a document that he says is the contract for $5,000. So, the big question here is Was there a freakin contract originally for the $5,000 or not ? !!! Somebody is lying

Here's a suggestion Frank Salazar for you and Ms Clara Ramos. Maybe you can invite up and coming bands that can't catch a break. Ask them to send Links to their videos such as KZbin or Instagram or whichever and you decide which ones you think that people will want to hear. And then pick and choose which top Tejano headliners to perform. That should save you money as well. Because now you have bands that people haven't heard and that will also help Tejano grow. Who knows You may just discover a diamond in the rut like your next Selena or your next Emilio Naviada.

This Frank guy's story is all over the place, and he wants to play the victim. It sounds like he and Clara set up this whole thing against Jennifer. He started by saying Jennifer Pena is a beautiful and very nice person, and then 50 minutes into the video, he starts saying Jennifer sent "Adrian" to bully him. Oh, and Frank knew that Clara (a.k.a. Yolanda Saldivar) was already upset, so why would he let her go and see Jennifer Pena? At the end of her show, it doesn't make any sense.

At 25.00 each ticket x 40,000. people attended this year 2024 = 1 million dollars . (For all three days) And that's not including tickets bought for all three days which are more per ticket. And all the Other bands are getting paid way way More money. So 7,000.00 really is on the very down low end. Fighting over extra 2,000.00 Jeez crazyness.
