9:40 Non-Discordant ST/T changes in LBBB; an easier explanation: st segment change or T wave changes occur opposite to the dominant QRS vector it means = (qrs has 3 waves so if u sum up all the vectors of these waves, the resultant vector is called the dominant qrs vector ) so, st elevation or tall T waves if qrs is negative st depression or Inverted T waves if qrs is positive

Sir I think the heart rate is 100 as there are 3 boxes in 2 consecutive R waves, i.e, 300/3= 100

Heart Rate at 17:54 is not close to 300/min. Its 300/3= (close to)100/min.
