Great video. Was thinking if you can help me out. Have JD4049M the pto spins very slow and pretty much stops when load is applied. Replaced the hydraulic solenoid switch but still same. Any ideas much appreciated.

See if you can find a port to check the pack pressure, that may tell a story.

Do you have any experience with 3130 PTO clutch issues machining it's self inside on the countershaft gear and exploding the clutch pack

Hi Lance. First of all, great videos! I have a question regarding my "new" John deere 3650, maybe you could share your thoughts on the problem :-) My PTO is constantly engaged, the only way I can use the PTO, is by turning off the tractor, switch in the high or low PTO speed and then turn on the tractor. It is like the PTO clutch is stuck, so at the moment the handle to engage and disengage the PTO is useless. Have you ever experience this problem before? Best regards Simon Denmark.

Yes the PTO clutch plates will probably be worn and buckled from slipping and when released they drag on each other. The PTO brake disc may need replacing as well. I doubt you will fix it without doing the second split like on the 1640 series.

@@BundyBearsShed Sounds like a winter project. I have a SG2 cabinet on my tractor, do you know if is posible to make the second split with the cabinet still attached om the tractor?

No it is a little different set up but works on the same principal.
