The house is nicely updated, and although the conservatory is accessed only via bedrooms it's a great living space. The rear garden has been well tended.

It’s absolutely lovely - apart from that conservatory. It will be sweltering in the summer (and so will the bedrooms), or you can spend £15k+ putting a proper roof on which will make the bedrooms very dark. You will also never be able to sleep when it’s raining because of the noise.

It is a lovely property but it is just a bit odd having only access to the garden via the bedrooms and conservatory and as someone else pointed out, when it's raining those roofs are very noisy, I have one just like it and it is off of the lounge/dining room and I sometimes have to close off the door to it when it rains because it drowns out the tv and a solid roof replacement would cut out the light and make the bedrooms dark.

That’s a good idea and then you would then have the main bedroom as the living room going out to the conservatory. That’s a good idea.

Needs air conditioning. Also, is that a washer/dryer combination in the kitchen or just a washer? I didn't notice a clothesline in the garden.
