It's kinda useful in GM's, but it is reliant on the amplified resistance from the Artifact. Assuming you have someone there for champs, you can clear tricky rooms fast, not sure it will ever be a boss super though.

Not really a Titan overhaul, most of those abilities weren't meta and got buffed. All bungie did was buff titans. Barricades should have always taken agro because otherwise they are useless in endgame content which is why people prefer to use thruster. Power increases only create artificial content. I dont know why people beg bungie to increase the powercap. It doesnt actually do anything except create busy work to get you to log in. If they removed power entirely, and actually balanced the difficulty of the game across all modes, the game would be way healthier. Very few people want to be forced to log in and do homework everyday so they dont fall behind the power cap increase.

Taunting is the Main ability of the "Tank" role in most MMO's. In in MMO, the Tank Literally just grabs the aggro, healers heal, dps role does dps, controller normally feeds power to the group so they can keep spamming their abilities

To answer your question about bubbling a wall and then running around it states you have to remain behind the wall to retain the agro. So even if you use the exotic to throw your barricade it won’t matter if there is no guardian behind it. Agro (taunt) will only take place as long as someone is behind the shield.

Taunting is a mechanic in MMORPG/RPG games like WoW or ESO, etc. In these games the Tank's job is to maintain aggro of strong enemies and bosses. The Tank uses a taunt ability to pull aggro from enemies so they will target the tank exclusively and not harm the DPS or Healer for a limited time. There's no emotes involved in this.

What if you pop a rally barricade and then pop unbreakable shield, that's like maximum super and grenade energy refund. Besides that, I think it will be very annoying to immediately get shot down in PVE because we aren't healing or having decent DR.

Also in PVP they made Unbreakable take MORE damage? Why? You're a bigger purple target for people to shoot down and there's not enough DR to block, especially when it makes you slower. Glaives and Unbreakable have a similar problem in PVP. A good shield isn't made out of mesh... it should be able to actually block damage. How much damage should be decided by Bungie, but IMO it should be like free temporary health that goes away when you lower the shield.

They don't want shoulder charges to one-hit because of a play style unique to Titans where you run into a wall until someone comes around the corner and slam them. Ironically, shoulder charge isn't good for charging at anything. Rather than making abilities with a low skill ceiling and exploitative playstyle, make more abilities for Titans with a higher skill ceiling. Like what if shoulder charge allowed you to tank some damage temporarily like the MK44 Stand Asides by default, and then they rework MK44 Stand Asides. Also this idea of stunning the enemy from using a melee is a really good one because rather than the Titan getting destroyed for getting close, they have some breathing room. I like the idea of like a knockback mechanic where when you punch someone they are launched away. That should be a Titan thing

ANOTHER NOTE!!: If they're going to make a Destiny 3. The power level needs to be removed completely. All of your stuff should be STAT BASED each stat ACTUALLY plays a part in the way your character plays. For example, in dungeons& dragons, your character stats or how high it goes actually determines what you can do and not do say for example as a Titan. I have a 100 resilience. I should be able to tank almost everything. Like every stat should have a place that fits into how you want the character to play. Not just for what it is now. It should be the overall thing of your character. Power level is just stupid and should be removed
