That was completely amazing! Thank you SO much! You explain it so clearly and simply, I can't wait to correct my bunions, low arches and knock knees, which will ultimately help the Morton's neuroma and enable me to walk regularly with no pain again...one day... :D You're a STAR!

Such a lifesaver!! I’ve been using the Solemate kit to follow along with these videos over the past couple months and my foundation has been feeling so much stronger, building from the ground up. You, sir, are amazing! 👣👣👣

Just brilliant! Shamed me, through clear, erudite and effective instruction into beginning the (painful) journey of attempting to find some correction for my bunions. Incredible array of videos and advice across the WHOLE channel. Thank you!

The Foot Collective is amazing!! Thank you for all the information you generously share. A recent x-ray of my feet shows I have bone spurs on my bunions and limited movement of my big toes. Will this impact how I should do the exercises? (I am trying to avoid surgery!) Do you know any trusted practitioners you can recommend in Atlanta, Georgia?

If you have the ball to roll your feet on do you need the roller as well?

I can't tell if I have gout or a bunion. I've had joint flare ups in big toe of right foot several times in the last 6 months. Most recent I took a step and loud click/pop about where a bunion would be. Over the next few days big toe joint became more and more swollen, tender, and immobile. It usually gets to the point I can't wear a shoe and then slowly goes away.
