Bunjal or dry shrimp curry is a tasty shrimp dish from Guyana countryside. It goes well with rice, roti or on its own. People also consumed it as a snack (chaser) when drinking their favorite Eldorado Rum or Banks Beer.
Bunjal Shrimp ( Dry shrimp curry)
2 Lbs. Jumbo shrimp Peeled.
1/2 cup Oil
3 Tsp Garm Masala
1 Tsp curry powder
2 wiri wiri pepper
15 clove garlic
2 cup tomato diced.
1 large onion
Salt to taste
Sautee Shrimp
Shrimp skin on
Chili pepper powder
Garlic
