Just found your channel because my sons getting into BMX racing and I have a question do you use any protection for.. like sensitive areas? I want to be a grandma one day but held my breath and crossed my legs every time you’re doing these tricks 😂 thanks for the great videos. Keep following your passions.

Generally it's good for beginners to use every kind of gear... Even the less talked about places, as embarrasing as it is😂. Hope this answers your question!

funny enough I am the dude on the red bike and I am the only BMX rider I've known after 7+ years of riding who uses a cup which I have no shame in saying lol. I use McDavid 3-pad compression shorts, they have minimal hip and tailbone pads + a slot to throw a cup in. Pedaling around tends to move it up and kinda limits how well it protects from under though. With freestyle BMX I canstop when I need to and look trashy while moving it down. In racing you don't really have that luxury
