This championship was pretty sad. There wasn't any skillful choices to make, it was just bad hands three games in a row. You can tell that they know it too, the way they both seem super unimpressed at the end.

I cant name how many times the casters have talked about one person heaving an unfavored deck or lineup, and then the underdog always wins. If you draw bad, or the other player draws really good, you can win any matchup.

Why are they holding weapons in the pensonal information sections, your playing a card game, not fencing. It makes them look like children and ridiculous. They are professional players and they will always be taken less serious if they do these things. Furthermore can Blizzard please have a better system when all the games end, instead of both the players walking together to a chair. Bunnyhopper was awkwardly standing while previous players had walked past him and stood in front of him. That is a horrible way to treat your professtional players.

He was caught win trading on ladder the last day of April 2018 to get a good finish for HCT points. Then, his Taiwanese team got caught stream sniping during HGG. Blizzard never punished him for wintrading, he shouldn't even be on this tournament.

psynque it wasn’t even him, the player dropped out from playing tournaments completely after that incident. And hearthstone tournament had a 15min delay in the first place, which made watching it almost completely useless. That’s why blizzard didn’t do anything more, because that doesn’t help at all. You can take your salt somewhere else.

@@Frostmourne1997 If I recall correctly, there was evidence that Roger win-traded in order to get enough points to be able to reach the Championships. Add to that the fact that the 2018 Global Games team that Roger was a member of was caught stream sniping (It was dumb that the organisers didn't have any kind of delay to make that impossible, but there you go...) and you can see why people are throwing the word 'cheat' around.
