Well... Palpatines master was Darth Plagueis and he was powerful enough to use force to manipulate life. To what extend is unknown, but if Palpatine learned this power from his master, it is theoretically possible that he can bring himself back from the dead. More likely he is just a force ghost though.

Game of thrones is ending right But not Star Wars and Marvel For Star Wars it’s the end of the saga but there are going to do movies about the old republic, spin-offs and a live action serie For Marvel it’s the end of the infinity stones saga but not the end of the mcu... there are new heroes (spiderman, Black Panther, doctor strange, ant man, captain marvel...) and marvel just got back the x-men, fantastic four, galactus...
