Buns can be prepared without dairy products, without eggs (I don’t even use an egg for lubrication). And they really will be delicious! These are sugar buns for tea! Optionally, you can flavor with cinnamon, or you can just with sugar. All products are affordable, budget, so the recipe can be called budget and ideal for fasting or for people with intolerance to dairy products. The pastries are delicious, tender, airy! Sugar forms a caramelized crust that crunches appetizingly! I advise you to bake homemade buns according to our recipe, you will like it. And yet, baking will be soft even after cooling, since there is no egg white in the yeast dough. But! Observe the thickness of the rolling and do not overdo it with a layer of butter and sugar!

warm water - 300 ml = 1.5 cups *
dry yeast - 5 g = 1 tsp with a slide
sugar - 30 g = 2 tsp
salt - 5 g = 1 tsp without a slide
vegetable oil - 50 g = 3-3.5 tbsp.
flour - 500 g = 4 cups * (+/-)

vegetable oil - 17 (+/-) g
sugar - 50 g = 3.5 tbsp.
ground bark - to taste
✅ Optional:
vegetable oil - 17 g = 1 tbsp.
sugar - 10 g = 2 tsp
❗ Yield: 14 buns
🥛 * 200 ml glass
🌡 Baking temperature: 200 °C / 392 °F
