Tried Summer Chinook from the freezer using the instant Potato recipe. Didn't have all the same ingredients. I did use Whorchester Sauce, Garlic Seasoning and Pepper on the cut up salmon strips. Tartar sauce I didn't have any berries mixed Mayonase, Catsup and lemon juice with some dill juice. No berries so I added Cranberry Rasberry juice to the sauce. Family loved it and everyone ate till they couldn't eat anymore. Like you said change it up with a new recipe and that made the difference plus was really good.
