Try Goa Grill. It’s very close to the pizza place you’ll covered. . Not the tastiest, but definitely the most technically sound “burgers” ever. The owner actually goes to the dairy to make sure the cows that provide the milk for the cheese in the burger are grass fed and not hay fed.

Y'all should check out The Burger Junction in Kochi if you ever come around to Kerala, absolutely amazing beef burgers. Being an NRI whose diet was beef burgers 5 days a week, this was one place that satisfied and exceeded expectations for me. (They also have the 33rd spot in world's 50 best burgers list by big 7 travel)
