Thank Mr. Hotdog for that. Him saying We're closed now and slamming the window shut was brillant. The chef can't escape out the door and no one from outside can help him. With just 5 peppers to start off, i saw him use four in the commerical. When the hotdog said " we're closed now" that poor Chef was down to his last pepper. I have no doubt that the food got to the chef

Might have been their last chance as they were losing money hand over fist. But after not licensing all the other arcade hits it was too little, too late. They sold Intellivision for $20 million in 1984, which is what their 1982 advertising budget was.

Oh, I remember this TV commercial. I used to impersonate these characters. I did it to put Bill Marsh to the test to see if he laughed or not. Have you ever heard of this before: if you laugh, you lose? I was in the Harbor High School special ED program.
