If you can do so legally, purchase at least a sidearm and a few hundred rounds of ammunition (Glock or Sig Sauer 9mms are a safe bet generally). It's spreading, and fast. A lot of commenters are saying that this song is existential, but for me it also speaks out to those of us who believe in God. It shows that not all darkness is necessarily evil, nor is every aspect of death. To die is to be born in our eyes. Properly appreciating the magnitude and importance of this spiritual transition from this world to what lies beyond the veil, especially through art, is a virtue, not a sin. This is the kind of goth art and aesthetic that actually relates to medieval Gothic Christianity, and it's fucking beautiful for that.
