Method of cooking:
Step 1: Wash chicken pieces and keep aside
Step 2: Add 50 - 100ml cooking oil
Step 3: Add Bayleaf, Cinnamon stick, Elaichi
Step 4: Add 150 - 200gm Sliced Onions
Step 5: Add 2tbsp Turmeric powder
Step 6: Add Minced Garlic as per the need
Step 7: Add Masala Mix (Coriander, Cumin & Chilli Masala)
Step 8: Add 100gm Sliced Tomatoes and saute it untill raw smell goes off
Step 9: Add Extract Ginger water as per the need
Step 10: Add Salt as per the need
Step 11: Add Raw Chicken Pieces
Step 12: Burmese Country Chicken Curry is ready to serve
