You can’t target where you lose body fat, however if you do calorie deficit plus this work out its going to work pretty well.

Depends on your intensity and effort you put in but it can yes I just done it at a very high intensity and burnt 248 calories in just under 11 mins 🎉😊

​@@samthomason2831No. That's 20kcal/min, most heavy exercises will burn 15kcal/min at most. Jumping rope burns about 10 or 12.

I find burpees for 1 min very tough to do i get completely exhausted aftee 30 seconds😢

Doesn't matter. Diet is more important than exercise. And if you can't do this tough exercises then do cycling for 40 minutes with whatever stamina yoy have and come back and tell me after 20 days. Do continuous slow exercises than very high intensity unsuccessful one

If 30 seconds is all you can do, stick to that and as soon as those 30 seconds starts to feel easy, add that extra 15 seconds or 30 secs. Don’t push yourself if you absolutely can’t but do try a little harder next time.

Its honestly easier said then done. Being overweight with all that belly. Its not easy to do Hiit. Be practical. Get a fat guy to demonstrate all this exercise and thats when you see the real difficulty. But nothing is impossible.

@@TrippiiOfficial he said to do it in a caloric deficit, doing this will result in faster weight loss compared to just a caloric deficit, not the most significant difference, but even if so cardio is amazing for you.

When you workout, you can’t just concentrate on fat in a certain area 🤦‍♂️ and calorie deficit and workouts attacks the fat in the whole body

Yeah....about that. Any workout will do aslong as you diet properly. The sequence of exercises you do barely matters 99% of the time. -T I'm bigger and muscular then you are and train less then you claim to do.

@@Kuronichii he means that diet is 80% of body transformations and workouts is only 20%. As long as you are doing some physical activity, I you will lose weight if you stuck to a diet that keeps you in a caloric deficit.
