I'm trying to burn fat and build muscle and currently weight training 5 times a week with rest in between with 20 min cardio sessions hiit 3 times a week with diet is this optimal for weight loss or do I need daily cardio

Dominique, isthebest this is optimal for weightloss because you get cardio and toning all in one workout so its burning fat and building your muscles at the same time. I'd say this is perfect for what you're trying to accomplish.

Can you do another workout that Burns as much calories but doesnt require the arms so much? I cant do push ups

Modify your pushups by going onto your knees instead of your feet (and keeping your core stiff), alternatively do box push-ups if that modification doesn't work! There is always a modification for any move you can't do yet!

beauboeuf kristelle some people have heart rate monitors that are sold especially for working out it will track your heart rate and how much calories you've burned I have one it's called the polar F4 look it up on Amazon if you're interested

I don't think you can burn 500 plus calories less than 20 minutes with this workout. I'd say more like 200-250 calories.
