Thank you for your positivity getting me through my 30 mins every day! I have quit alcohol recently and been doing 30 mins jump rope for 30 days I’m at day 20 today my face always red after jump rope and that’s how I know I’ve done it properly. I want to continue this as my usual exercise after challenge. I would miss it! You are very inspiring :)

A quick update on my journey. Earlier when I started this 30 min workout I was burning around 300 calories measured on my Mi band 3.And now I burn around 400-450 calories. This has surely made me loose weight in these few months. Thank you guys for this.

You guys have changed my life, especially this pandemic. Since I found you, I've also found a workout that I enjoy so much it feels like I'm playing, I've lost a couple of pounds and I feel so much more confident, because I know my body can give so much more than I give it credit for, you guys are amazing!

thank you for the video !! I’ve been jump roping since December 2018 5 times a week for 30-50 min and I feel great. I used to hate working out but now I love it and I actually look forward to jumping rope every day.

How much weight did you lose? You must've done great over this 6 months period, just trying to get a raw idea of how much I want to weight after a few months.

@@anshul_._ when I started I weighed 165 and now I am 152, so I've lost 13 pounds so far. The first month I only lost 3 pounds but then I began eating in moderation and I stopped eating so much junk food and the weight began to come off a lot quicker. I lost the 13 pounds by the mid April and now I'm just trying to maintain the weight I am at right now.

I’ve been watching you guys for almost a year. The past 11 months I’ve mainly been just doing 20 min workouts, but today I decided to finally do this 30 min workout and challenge myself, I completed it and got through it! I love doing skip rope and will continue to push myself.. thanks lads 🙌🏽

Started my jump rope journey 2 weeks ago and already feeling great! The only problem is after 10 sessions I have shin splints! Hope my body will get used to it soon. P.S. I love that you guys like or reply to all the comments!! It shows that you really care about your followers :)

Loving these vids. I’ve gotten pretty good at the run in place, boxer skip double under’s all in this past week just following your tutorials. Im still struggling with the criss cross but im getting there. All my friends are amazed and think I have a personal trainer 😂

Holy bananas. You are crazy strong to keep with the 1lb rope. I got thru half the first round and went down to 1/2lb. Then half the second round with 1/2 and dropped to 1/4. Then third round stayed with the 1/2 lb. I did maintain good speed and varied the footwork. 200 cals warm up. 438 cals workout. Wouldn’t have made it by myself so really appreciated the jump along. Respect!

I can't praise these guys enough. I started jump rope April 2020 when Yoga class shut down due to lockdown. As exercise was always my thing, I was desperate to find something to replace my 3 times a week hot yoga classes and I found this!! I did my research, bought RX Smart Gear ropes (I'd like to try crossrope at one point) and started every day. Damn, it did make me lose weight quickly. Not only the session is good but these guys are inspiring and motivating. This is now my everyday exercise and is very manageable even at busy times. So thank you guys, I am enjoying this!!!

After giving birth to my daughter & having a major surgery after I gained so much weight. I’m at my highest weight ever, & have been feeling so bad. I started working out but was running & really wasn’t seeing any difference. I then started jumping & came across you & been trying on & off I started the 10 min beginner & on my 4 day I noticed I could jump through, I’ve now started this one & let’s just say it was a challenge with lots of sweat but felt good after doing. Thanks for ALL you videos jumping to me is definitely better than running any day. Now I need to lose the sugar & I’ll be good to go!

Im doing this 30 min set, 2 weeks in a row, been hitting the gym for couple months and im coming back to my best shape, i did quit jumping rope a couple months but now im back, hell of a workout this set with the 30-10, i always end up like a soup

Yo! Is anyone still here? Haha! So, I started working out following this video everyday from the past 2 weeks and today I finally managed to 100% keep up! I have a habit of counting my skips to sort of turn it into a game, like "40 skips in 30 second whoo!" and today I managed to do 1,555 skips! I remember when I started, just 200 killed my legs, so this is quite the progress! I've started feeling energised, lost 3 pounds, and feel happier in general. Thanks guys! #dothething

@@surbhiyadav4461 I don't think it's necessary, it's more about the intensity you bring and all these different exercises help with that. It's also fun to have the variety. Pretty sure this channel has tutorials on these exercises if you wanna learn them.

I once lost 30 kgs just doing this workout for like 6 months during the pandemic, now I gained it all back but some of it are muscle mass. I'm trying to lose fat again and there is nothing better than the good old jump rope

Out of 30 Minutes, 21 Minutes is the Actual Jumping Period. 7 minutes of rest (10 second rest) and 3 minutes of rest between Rounds. 21 Minutes looks less but feels like an hour of jumping 🔥. #DoingTheThing

Another fun challenge is to go back to the 10-minute beginner workout, change the timer from 20 secs to 30, then do 3 sets of _that,_ with 1 minute of rest in-between! Or, keep it at 20 secs, and skip with the 2 / 3 lb rope (What I'm currently doing for my medium-intensity day) - good, challenging rounds of exercise!!

I’ve been able to stick to this better than the gym, now to tune in on my diet! I can’t wait for the gyms to open back up, this taught me discipline! Jumping 6x a week

Matthew Rivas I’ve been jumping 5x a week and doing active recovery on weekends. I go on a walk on Saturdays. Doing the thing, works!!!

Garnet XV for real man, I enjoy jumping rope and it’s helping me on my run. I did .25 mile sprints and was able to get to a 4:36 mile pace of course I could only hold that for a quarter mile lol

Man, I am so thankful for this video that I’ve been following it for about a year and a half now, and it will forever be great. I’ve stopped and started jump rope on and off but this will ALWAYS be my go to video. The thing is I have all the crossrope weights, but my preferable is the 1/4 rope, the half a pound rope is okay-ish but the 1 pound rope is a big no no. It’s almost impossible for me to complete the workout with the 1 pound rope since my arms are already burned out in like 5 minutes, with the half a pound rope having a similar effect. The 1/4 rope still gives me a great workout and leaves me tired every time. The best I can do is do the first set with the 1/2 rope and the remaining workout with the 1/4, but that’s it. This is mostly due to already lifting weights in the gym, so the 1/2 and 1 lbs ropes seem like overkill to me. Of course they’re okay if you’re not already lifting weights.

Been doing this workout for a week now and got the Mi Band 5 to track myself. It has a jump rope function which is pretty sick; hitting around 400 calories and 2800 jumps. Dope workout!
