Sort of undiscovered but quiet and more agricultural.....with great location is the neighborhood of 'Big Bend'....between Marine Way and Marine Drive down by the Fraser River area. Bigger lots......wild green spaces & parks.....and near mighty Fraser River for great walks.....Also near New Westminster, access to the Valley and to Downtown Vancouver.......plus two Skytrain stops nearby......22nd St. and Edmonds stations.....'country charm'

Would you happen to know which areas in burnaby may have to be avoided? I'm not aware of that, Archana. I'm also not aware of any areas that should be avoided. Some people like the hustle and bustle of the Metrotown area while others prefer a more quiet residential neighbourhood like the Government Road area. It is really up to the kind of lifestyle you want.

Spruce Street is in the Cascade Heights neighbourhood. It is very close to things like Burnaby Hospital, Electronic Arts, and the BCIT campus. It is a very suburban, residential neighbourhood and as far as I know, it is a safe area.
