Theme for the boss fight of Chapter 1! I originally started this song as music for a normal level but once I got a little bit of it done, I realized it was way too hype for that purpose. I threw in a little reprisal of Caroline's theme before the second chorus because of course she's kicking ass by that point.
Soundtrack for Viscerafest by Acid Man Games, an indie Retro styled FPS in the vein of classics like Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Blood, and more! You play as Caroline Fetter hunting down a warlock by the name of Cromune, with the goal of collecting his ransom. Coming early 2019!

@@mysteriousstranger2287 When I brought markie onto do work for the game one of the first things we did was map out the evolution of the games music throughout its run time. Throughout the entire game the music is constantly escalating, constantly getting more intense and having new elements introduced. You can hear it a bit in all of the chapter 1 tracks now but it will hit home even harder once you start hearing the later ones. The game has a central theme of diving down into madness at its core and the music is meant to reflect that.

Andrew pretty much nailed it in terms of atmosphere for both of those games. I appreciate the more ambient approach in Amid Evil, I would've likely done something pretty similar.

Why am I only hearing about this game recently? From what I've seen from this game (and especially soundtrack wink wink nudge nudge) it seems like a strike and a home friggin run. Keep up the good work fellers. And yes, this song is absolutely fantastic. It sounds like if the Dusk soundtrack decided to be a bit less metal and took a trip to space. (which...is actually really fitting now that I think about it.)

@@AkaSora96 "Quake" was a successor to "Doom" so your argument fails so hard. Plus, I wouldn't even call that a soundtrack... it's nothing with a few soundeffects. It doesn't even have to be pumping music... the "Seas of Infinity" album from "Megadrive" works wonders, and after switching the music around, the game became way better.
