A lovely flight. And another aerodrome I'm going to add. I've also started setting summer-time for VFR UK trips. And it was lovely to see the pass over the Country Club, imagining the chaps and their wives emerging to watch, and to comment on the growling Merlin.. That's another thing I do. Although being an oafish philistine, I sometimes take my F-14 supersonic directly over Weymouth or Torbay at 250 AGL just as Songs Of Praise is starting.

@@Dreamsofwings I will always remember a fantastic afternoon flight on the thermals above the cornfields one sunday, my instructor was a great german guy with hundreds of hours of experience, he steered me over to Fowlmere where there was a distict smell of roast beef wafting into the cockpit, then he told me that was the pet crematorium below and i suddenly lost my appetite. (btw: Sprool here :) )

BBD together with NZA are the best airport developers of the MSFS world. I would also mention the freeware developer Neptune and his slovenian airports. You "feel" the atmosphere of a real airport.

Good to see a curved approach used on landing. One needs to get a good view of the runway's position due that long 8 foot spitfire nose trying to cover it up.

Yeah it’s gotten very good! The A2A Spit is still my first love but I don’t fly much in P3D these days for other reasons.
