I've seen several wonderfully shot and orchestrated videos of the burn. They have amazing camera angles, perfect faces, precisely timed cuts and, honestly, they seem like polished advertisements for a place that, to me, is beautiful due to it's rawness more than anything. This is the first video I've found that comes close to capturing the experience I had. Laughs, tears and everything in between. Thank you.

Also, your shots had many "attractions" I haven't seen in other videos. The huge fractal animation on the HUGE screen at one of the dance arena's WOW.....! I didn't make it this year and I am living it through you awesome work..... thanks again...... :)

This video got me so pumped for this years burn! The choice to use The Veldt as the opening song made this song a must have for my bike this year and I rode around playing this on my bikes sound system! Other people on the playa heard the song and knew your video!

I stumbled upon a key to the Stimulus Tree in the deep playa, on top of some cold cans of beer next to a statue! I sincerely planned on taking this key to 7:15 & H to discover what is there, but I never made it due to the Man burning and such... I hope to find you guys next year! Love, Starlight

Thanks! I think everyone experiences Burning Man in his or her own way. The videos I make are, of course, the way I experience BM, or at least the parts I choose to take pics/video of. I try to be pretty inclusive, but no doubt miss out on whole ranges of stuff going on out there. It's only 10 minutes, after all!

Yes... awesome work! and really does give you a bit of that BM high......... of being home, that "best place here and now" feeling. thanks.... if you ever feel like doing this vid again with more natural, BM, Sound....... that would be amazing! I love your choice of music but for me the sound of Burning Man is as amazing as the visual, emotional, liberating and spiritual elements. thank you so much! ray mikota......

Just watching this has helped both fall back in love with humanity, and realize why I find it tiresome. God is both present and ignored at the same time. Beautiful freedom, and scary freedom. I hope nothing ever changes for Burning Man.

I hear you - I'd be home all the time if it weren't for the fact that the playa is pretty boring most of the year. ;) Oh well. 50 weeks until the Man burns!
@TheDuccky11 жыл бұрын
you made burningman look like some sort of "rave camp", even with the choice of music. nothing like that at all.
@burn-life11 жыл бұрын
Yeah, you're right. There's no EDM out on the playa. ;)
