Everything Josh said is facts about size of body and bone structure .....it's the class of doe that creates giants bucks ....the best quality of does the better . Manage your does Shoot your super old does and keep the young to mid age does . The doe has a massive impact on the size of a buck offspring .....there's 2 differ types of buck bone regular bone racks and mineralized bone racks which grow way bigger thicker and so on. The bones in the body and skull plate alone will be bigger thicker .....gotta look for these bigger class deer 🦌 all true . Find the high mineralized sites with rich soil they grow bigger bucks hands down

Excellent as per usual, first time I’ve ever heard of the cell cam releasing a frequency that deer can detect theory . Right off the bat I’m going to say if you hang a camera 7 foot off the ground and put it on a tree bigger than the camera you’ll almost never have deer look at it, so I’m not sold yet that it is a cell cam frequency thing spooking them but I’m not saying it couldn’t be proven to be true some day I just don’t know yet. Awesome pod and nothings better then after a workout getting on KZbin at 6PM ever Tuesday to see the new guest/topics!

I take my broadheads very serious. And have tried allot of them. I have got very frustrated with my current heads and started watching broadhead videos. I came across lusk archery doing a test on bowmar broadheads. I'm going to say this. I've seen him test them all. And they're are only 2 heads that impressed me out of all of them. @buck16 Жыл бұрын
I'm don't hate nor love well known people because at 69 years old I know you can't really know someone until you spend a lot of one-on-one time with them in a lot of different situations. I do like the way your guest readily talks about his mistakes and screw ups admitting he's human. We all make mistakes and screw ups. As far as long-range shooting folks have a tendency to try and shove their limitations down others' throats. Some folks can throw and hit a 90 mile per hour fastball and most folks can't. If you can't, don't claim no one else can or should. Folks have a mental limitation because they freak out thinking oh my gosh it's a 60-yard shot. It's not it's a shot at your 5th pin. There are folks that practice and practice at 100 yards and more and build their own arrows and weigh them all and tweak them to the nth degree and tweak their bow to an almost insane preciseness that they can make repeated 100-yard shots into a tea sized saucer. I've watched shooters make those shots. Seeing those shots in 2010 convinced me to hang up my 49-inch length finger bow and start shooting a release bow with a release. People get too hung up on FOC, KE, and fixed versus mechanical broadheads and should spend their time finding the right combination of arrow and broadhead that is most accurate at their maximum distance. Unfortunately, most folks will not spend the time and money to practice with as many arrows and broadhead combinations to find the most accurate set up at their maximum distance but if they don't, they shouldn't rag on folks who do and therefor can kill animals at a lot longer distances.

100% in Wv 1 hour away in the southern bow only counties, where I live the deer body size in Raleigh County/ summers the body size is 100lb/150 dressed or less. But good God in Wyoming county/Logan the body mass is massive 200lb plus dressed. But one super weird thing in the bow only counties (zero gun hunting) there are very few does way more bucks than does. And everyone kills bucks they don't shoot does, but in Raleigh/summers there is 6 does to 1 buck.

Very impressed with Josh coming on a platform to talk about everything. I was turned off from "what I heard" about him. After this, I have much respect for him. Thanks @BowmarBowhunting for doing this. You guys should dive into Spook Span drama in the future.
