Burnout 3 2x 60fps RG Cube

Burnout 3 running on RG Cube at 2x resolution at 60fps on AetherSX2.
Using UlsterRosé patch file as seen below, minus the 30fps frame limit.
A few slowdowns but Burnout is a 60fps game in my opinion. Change to native resolution to increase FPS. Also using some custom settings in AetherSX2.
