i finally did the 2 tram, trailer, bus takedowns today! in about 1 hour and a little more. it was torture sometimes ^^.. Burnout 3 Takedown was fully completed today to 100% :) still one of the best fun racers after all these years.

I had a hard time with the trams back in the day, but honestly, the roughest one for me was the triple. On my first playthrough, no more than twenty minutes into the game, I got it on the first Road Rage event by a massive stroke of luck; later, when I switched to playing on the Xbox 360, it took ages to get it again.

Finally managed to do it. I played the frozen city eliminator event, as long as you stay above last place at each checkpoint you get 5 laps (5 chances) on the tram tracks

I hate that some of these are just pure luck. I mean there's really not a lot of planning you can do for two tram takedowns in a race or two bus takedowns. If you and a rival don't just happen to be in the right place at the right time, you're not going to get it. On the other hand, the 1500 and 2000 total takedowns don't really require any skill, just persistence. I can't even get the stupid Tram Ram signature takedown. My car, a rival car and the tram are NEVER in the proper position for me to ram them into it. On the other hand, it's given me a couple signature takedowns when the other cars crashed without me being anywhere near them.

If you're still stuck on it, one thing you can do for Tram Ram is to go on Waterfront (i think southbound?) road rage and just park at a 45 degree angle in front of the tracks and eventually something will run into you and then into the tram
