So interesting theory about this game as far as the city itself is concerned…Paradise City is haunted…and Atomica is a ghost…it would explain why there’s no drivers in the cars except for the final F1 car and the bikes…and also no cops (until the DLC but that was mostly for multiplayer anyway).

My theory on driverless cars is to lessen the impact of realistic violent car crashes and lower the rating. It makes it more of a game than reality especially to crash victims who might play it after such traumatic experience.

​@@Garrysullivanjones Bro that's too deep. There is no people cuz the game is about breaking driving rules constantly so having real people and cops around wouldn't make sense. Other than no people it's pretty realistic so just enjoy as is lol It's a great game!
