i wanted to take breif moment to say thank you. im not your typical subscriber im 32 years old and im a guy. but your videos have been so helpful to me, i was heroine addict for ten years and i struggled for a while. your videos, the genuine loving intentions you convey thru your videos is absolutely amazing. i wouldve never watched this type of stuff before and i only found your channel by chance, i woke up one night after falling asleep and you were on and i subscribed that night. i struggled finding peace within myself after depended on drugs for so long to find any temprary comfort. your a blessing and im sure IM NOT the only person who wants to thank you at the top of their lungs, but for all who feel the same as me, THANK YOU angelic alchemist!

I'm really excited I found your channel. I have always struggled to rest and sleep. This struggle only got worse with my drug addiction. I have been an addict for 20 years and have recently got sober from meth and fentanyl. Im almost 90 days clean. I had a horrible detox and had a pretty severe seizure from it. My guilt and shame and other mental health issues are debilitating. Sleep is still an issue, both falling and staying asleep as well as intense nightmares as I have CPTSD. Im a mess. Or a work in progress to be more positive. Anyway sorry for the long comment that I will sum up by saying thank you and I appreciate you.
