Same, my friends watch the anime a week before we saw the special, i was the only one that has been with the anime since the beginning and had to wait for S2 and the special. So all of them looked at me weird when I cried while the song played during the special, all I could say was "You guys dont get it, it's like meeting an old friend again after a long time" I was going through dark times when I discovered Dr Stone, so it became my comfort anime, and finally after much wait we get the special and soon S3. It may be dumb to feel so attached to a animation but literally Senku and his "this is exhilarating, get excited" was the only thing that made me smile during those hard times.
