Join me for this FULL BODY STRENGTH WALK & TONE WORKOUT and let`s burn some calories while toning the entire body! Today is all about squatting and lifting! This workout features full body compound moves that will tone and even build muscle! I included both low and high impact cardio options so you can use this workout as a MISS or HIIT session. Feel free to replace the running sections with your favorite cardio moves (skipping, squat jumps, burpees, high knees, butt kickers, whatever you prefer...)!
I'm using 2 x 4 kg dumbbells in this workout. Make sure you adjust your weights and pace to suit your fitness and energy level.
Warning: Always be mindful of contracting your core and keeping a straight back whenever you do any sort of forward bend! I don`t want anyone to get hurt! Just go as low as your body allows and do slow and controlled moves! Don't force things!

I love these walk and tone workouts. I've been working from home since March 2020 and these are perfect for breaks away from my laptop. I really like how they are broken into 5 rounds and can break them up as my time permits and still get through the workout that day. The.

Ok I says I loved the other workout I did this morning but this one tops it! I love the walking in between and that the weight work works multiple body parts at one time! I wore my ankle weights, used my threes for the waking and my 7s for the strength work. I loved it! Thank you!!🥰

wow this was really challenging because of all the squats! It really kept my heart rate up throughout the workout even when I only jogged lightly during those walking/running parts. I managed to log in 4,700 steps in my fitbit and burned 400 calories.

This workout seem like a leg workout and not a full body, but I had fun doing it, I did the high impact and must say I felt it a lot my legs are hurting sooooo bad right now, Hmmmmmm.........thanks you for the pain, love it so much😁😁😁💙💙💛
